Why do you need a Gas Certificate?
Landlords bear the responsibility for ensuring the gas safety of their tenants.
Gas Safety Certificates are mandatory for rental properties with gas appliances like boilers, hobs, ovens, or fires.
These certificates can only be issued by technicians registered with the Gas Safe Register.
All our engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register.
The Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the sole legally recognized gas safety register in the UK on April 1st, 2009.
A Gas Safety Certificate remains valid for one year from the date of issue.
